- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 4 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 50g flour
- 6 chocolate squares

For an even more molten center, use high-quality 70% dark chocolate squares.

Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C). Butter 6 individual ramekins.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns pale.

Incorporate the chocolate-butter mixture, then gently fold in the flour.

Pour half of the batter into the ramekins. Place a chocolate square in the center of each.

Cover with the rest of the batter.

Bake for 12-14 minutes. The center should remain jiggly.
